CEFA Store offers three delivery options:
1. Home delivery
- As of December 8, 2017, CEFA Store offers home delivery service. The orders will be shipped for flat rate of $15.00 for customers residing within British Columbia.
- This will provide fastest processing and return labels for refund / exchanges.
- The processing will be 2-5 business days.
2. Pick up at CEFA school
- You may choose to pick up the order at CEFA school your child is attending.
- The delivery will made ONCE A MONTH (last week of each month).
- On "Child Name & CEFA School" section at the cart, please provide the following: child name / school / classroom / store pick up or delivery
3. Pick up at CEFA Store
- You may choose to pick up the order at 3081 Grandview Hwy. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 4PM.
- Once you place an order, you will receive an email notification for pick-up once the order is processed and ready for you.
** Exchanges / Refunds ***
Exchange / Refund Request Form must be completed and submitted to CEFA Store in person or by email for processing.
- Uniform items purchased at the CEFA Store or online will have up to 30 days for a full refund. Customers that request a return on uniform items delivered to the school must contact the CEFA Store, in writing, with their return request and order number within 30 days after delivery to the school. The CEFA Store can be contacted at email@example.com
- Return items must physically be at the CEFA Store and inspected before any reimbursement will be given. All tags must be intact with no name written on the garment. The uniform must not be washed, worn or altered in any way. The Return / Exchange Form must be included with the uniform pieces being returned to the CEFA Store. Discontinued and sale items are FINAL SALE. (No Exceptions).
- A Return / Exchange Form must be completed to request an exchange. Please contact the CEFA Store within 30 days of purchase or 30 days of delivery to the school. The CEFA Store can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org
- The quickest method for exchange is to visit the CEFA Store located at 3081 Grandview Highway, Vancouver, BC, V5M 2E4 between store hours, 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. You may also place a new order online for the size(s) you require and request a refund on the previous item(s). You may do this by visiting our website at https://www.cefastore.com.
- You may also request an exchange through the CEFA school delivery service. This method may take upwards to 1-2 months as school delivery is done only once a month. **NEW** The exchange item must physically arrive at the CEFA Store before the replacement size will be sent out to the school. For quicker processing, the CEFA Store must be contacted immediately for any exchange request through the school delivery system.
