You’ll get an email within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you don’t see it, check your junk or spam folder. Still missing? Email us at cefastore@cefa.ca and we’ll resend it.
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it.
If you contact us straight away after ordering, via cefastore@cefa.ca, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
If your order hasn’t been processed, we may be able to adjust it.
Contact cefastore@cefa.ca as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible, but you can return or exchange items.
Home Delivery: Orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
School Delivery: Orders are processed twice a month; on the 15th and after the last day of the month.
Once processed, delivery to the school may take 3 to 15 business days. To meet the processing cut-off, please ensure your order is submitted by the day prior to the processing date.
If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at cefastore@cefa.ca, and we will be happy to check the status for you.
Uniforms ship twice per month to schools:
Home Delivery: Delivered within 2–7 business days after processing.
School Delivery: Delivered within 3–15 business days after processing.
Home Delivery includes tracking once your order ships. You will receive tracking details once your order ships. Tracking is not available for School Delivery.
You can return any unsuitable item within 30 days for a refund, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and no names written on the labels. Exchanges are only possible for the same product in a different size, and the item must be in the same new condition. For more information, please visit Return & Exchanges
If an item is damaged or faulty, email photos to cefastore@cefa.ca
and we’ll respond within 48 hours. Not the right fit? We’ll accept returns as long as items are in new condition with tags and packaging. Start your return here
Uniforms build belonging, reduce distractions, and help staff easily identify students for safety.
Yes — uniforms are mandatory each school day and for field trips, except on designated CEFA themed days.
Uniforms are available exclusively through the CEFA Store to ensure quality and consistency.
Yes. CEFA uniforms are soft, durable, and designed for young children to move comfortably throughout the day.
A reminder notice will be sent home. Repeated non-compliance may result in a fee.
Please contact your school administrator for support — CEFA will help ensure every child has the required items.
No modifications (like patches or added drawstrings) are allowed to maintain consistency and safety standards.
