Uniform Requirements & Guidelines
Why Uniforms Matter
At CEFA, our uniform reflects our school colours — platinum for excellence and yellow for creativity. Wearing the uniform fosters pride, safety, and a strong sense of community. It also helps our team easily identify CEFA students during school activities and outings. Enrolling at CEFA means joining a community built on excellence, creativity, and mutual respect; families agree to follow CEFA’s general policies, including the uniform policy.
Daily Uniform Requirements
Every CEFA student must wear the following uniform items each school day and on all field trips:
- CEFA Top: short- or long-sleeve shirt, fleece vest, knit cardigan, or pullover
- CEFA Bottom: leggings, pants, shorts, or tunic
- CEFA Outerwear: rain jacket & pants or winter jacket & pants
- Keep a spare set of clothes (uniform pieces or plain white/grey, no logos) in your child’s cubby.
Uniform Guidelines
- Uniforms must be clean, well-maintained, and clearly labeled with your child’s name.
- Tights worn under tunics must be solid white or grey (no patterns).
Uniform Non-Compliance
Children not in uniform will receive a “CEFA Uniform Policy Reminder.” Families must provide proof of purchase within the timeframe set by the School Principal.
Ordering & Grace Period
CEFA uniforms are available exclusively online at cefastore.com. Each school provides sizing kits to help families find the right fit. Please place your order before your child’s first day.
Grace period: If a uniform hasn’t arrived, children may temporarily wear a plain white shirt and plain grey pants (no logos or patterns) for up to three weeks.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders placed between 1st–15th are processed after the 15th.
- Orders placed between 16th–end of month are processed early the next month.

Delivery Address
During checkout your home address appears by default, even if School Delivery is selected. Unless you choose Home Delivery, all orders ship to your school. To request Home Delivery, email cefastore@cefa.ca. A $15 shipping fee applies. CEFA Store does not store credit-card details.
Finding the Right Size
Please check the size guide on each product page. “T” sizes (T0–T6) differ from numbered sizes (1T–6Y). “T” sizes are being phased out and will not be restocked once sold out.
