    Ordering and Delivery

    Where is my order confirmation?

    This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at cefastore@cefa.ca just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

    How do I cancel my order?

    There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via cefastore@cefa.ca, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

    Can I alter my order?

    There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If not, we’ll dispatch your order and then you can exchange it if you wish upon receiving it. If you wish to purchase additional items, then we recommend placing a new order.

    When will my order arrive?

    Orders shipped with home delivery may take up to 7 business days. If "End of Month School Delivery" is selected then your order won't arrive till the end of the month. Please contact cefastore@cefa.ca f your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

    How much is shipping?

    We currently offer two shipping options. "End of the Month School Delivery" or "Home Delivery". Please refer to the delivery cost table below for costs.

      Cost Shipping Time
    End of Month School Delivery $5.00 for orders under $50.00, and free for all orders over $50.00 Will be sent to your CEFA school for pickup at the end of each month.*
    Home Delivery $15.00 for orders under $200.00 and free for all orders over 200.00 1-7 business days (for most areas you will recieve your order within 3 days).

     

    *In order to ensure your order is delivered the same month, it must be made prior to the 24th of that month

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. Home delivery orders are sent using same day shipping, a tracking code will not be provided.

    Returns and Exchanges

    Can I return or exchange an item?

    You can absolutely exchange or return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. To initiate your exchange or return, please email cefastore@cefa.ca.

    How do I return an item?

    Please contact our customer service team via cefastore@cefa.ca. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to your CEFA school. You do not need to ship your items back to us, just drop them off at your CEFA school (you must contact us prior to doing so, the staff at each school will not be able to process this request for you).

    My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via cefastore@cefa.ca with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a exchange or return, providing it’s in new, unwashed condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
