We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. At CEFA, we want to make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.


Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached, and no names written on the labels. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days once the return is processed.


Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size. If the size you need is unavailable, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order. Exchanges are delivered to your school with the next scheduled uniform delivery, unless Home Delivery ($15 fee) is requested.
